Shipping Policy
Products purchased from Inveno Health will be shipped based on the service level requested during checkout. Products will be shipped by either UPS or USPS, depending on product weight and shipping service level. Shipping carriers can only be guaranteed if selecting 2 day shipping (UPS).

*Orders received before 1:00 Central Time Monday through Friday will be processed the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number once our transportation partner has shipped picked up the item for delivery.
Shipping Locations
Inveno Health is currently shipping to domestic addresses only. International customer may send a request to info@invenohealth.com with address and product information.
Product pickup at the Inveno Health location can be arranged through using the contact form on the website or by emailing info@invenohealth.comPRIOR to placing an order.
Inveno Health Return Policy
Our hope is that you are fully satisfied with your products from Inveno Health. With that in mind, please keep the following in mind regarding product returns:
- We must be notified within 14 days of receipt of product
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, unless the product is damaged or defective.
- Please have your order number, name of the product, and description of the problem when you contact us for return
Return postage will be provided free of charge, assuming the error made was due to product damage, defect, or incorrect item. Otherwise, returns will be subject to a $4.99 postage fee. Also, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to all returns over $50.
Once your return has been received, a credit or refund will be issued within 7 days.
